This concept has strongly appeared to encourage and promote the sustainable design by integrating the most recent techniques that decrease the energy consumption, increase the energy efficiency, the use of the recycled materials, natural materials, and the generation of clean and renewable electricity. These intelligent cities have intelligent buildings, intelligent transportation, modern techniques-based environmental information and energy systems, along with improving the means of transportations, cars stops and emergency services. After that, other great companies are gradually concerned with the intelligent cities such as IBM Company which has become a pioneer in this field at present.
