Although the technical competition in the post modernity phase, the change of the international conflicts patterns and the mechanisms used to deal with the recent threats the world has witnessed have been noticed, the researches still depend on the traditional concept of national security and ignore the multiple sources of the security threats, as it is scientifically proved that, they are not necessarily existent out of the geographical borders of the nation, but they are more effective in demolishing the nations’ points of strength and social stability. In this context, we hope to draw up a social vision from the perspective of human security reflecting the most significant local and international dangers the nations witness in an unequal world system full of inhuman catastrophic world conflicts, crises and dangers. According to the world theories in the field of sociology, we have to follow critic descriptive approach based on analyzing the social factors and cultures responsible for establishing the citizenship system, promoting loyalty, allegiance, confidence and participating in building the national social capital on one hand, and achieving the human security, meaning the comprehensive national security related to the sustainable human development.
