With the new republic, the Egyptian state adopted a broader and more profound concept of national security that expanded to include the daily and basic variables in the citizen’s life, especially the state’s administrative apparatus. The government was interested in reforming the administrative apparatus as a fundamental variable that ensures the achievement of the state’s national security by satisfying the citizen and adapting its administrative apparatus to meet his basic needs related to the use of public facilities. The state, government employment, and enjoying better services. This study shows the direct effects of these multiple administrative reforms on Egyptian national security in its comprehensive sense. The study monitored examples of administrative reform efforts and policies in Egypt during the recent era, which confirms once again the political system’s awareness of the importance of achieving integration between the means and methods of achieving administrative reform in order to The reform is comprehensive, achieves the desired goals and is consistent with Egypt’s Vision 2030.
