The issue of food security is a fundamental issue, and it takes on the utmost importance in light of the circumstances that the world is going through in recent years. Food security is the essence of national security, and the issue of food security in most countries of the world was not easy in the normal situation, as these countries were exposed to price fluctuations in the market. International, whether in the global food crisis in 2006 and 2007 AD, or in the climate change crisis in 2010 AD, and the same situation is in light of the Corona crisis, which continued significantly during the years 2020 and 2021 AD, and the food supply crisis also affected its negative effects on Arab economies, including Egypt, but The crisis of the Russian-Ukrainian war in 2022 has become more threatening to the food situation not only to the Arab countries but to the world in general. Egypt, like many countries in the world, will be affected by the effects of the economic crisis of the war, but the Egyptian economy is characterized by flexibility, which enables it to overcome this crisis.
